The Wax Crucible is a reusable surf-wax container designed to contain melted wax and reform it into a clean, usable puck as it cools. Its removable silicone liner makes the hardened wax easy to release, helping surfers store and reuse wax without the usual melted mess.

How It Works
Place used or leftover surf wax inside the silicone liner.
Secure the lid before storing the Wax Crucible.
If the wax melts, leave the container upright and allow it to cool completely.
Remove the liner and gently peel it away from the hardened wax puck.
Take the reformed wax with you and get back in the water.
Important
The stated 9.7-fluid-ounce measurement represents the container’s total capacity. The usable capacity of the removable silicone liner may be slightly smaller. Internal dimensions are not currently specified.
Keep the container upright when exposed to heat. Allow the wax to cool completely before opening or removing the silicone liner.

Returns
We accept returns requested within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
Unused and in its original condition
Free of surf wax, dirt, damage, or other signs of use
Returned with all original parts and packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase
For health, cleanliness, and product-quality reasons, products that have been filled with wax or otherwise used cannot be returned unless they arrived defective or damaged.
Starting a Return
Before sending anything back, contact us through the contact form on our website and include your order number and reason for the return.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Return instructions and the appropriate mailing address will be provided after your request is approved.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service because we cannot guarantee receipt of a return that does not include tracking.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Inspect your order when it arrives. If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. After reviewing the issue, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Items returned used, damaged, incomplete, or outside the return period may be denied a refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they enter processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
Color Exchanges
Ordered the wrong color or changed your mind? We’re happy to help!
Unused products may be exchanged for another available color within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before returning the product and include your order number and the color you would prefer.
Customers are responsible for shipping the original product back to us. Once it is received and inspected, Thrive Designs will ship the replacement color at no additional shipping charge for the first color exchange.
Color exchanges are subject to availability. Products that have been used, filled with wax, damaged, or returned without all original parts may not qualify.
If your order has not yet entered processing, contact us immediately and we will make every reasonable effort to change the color before it ships at no cost.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During product launches, promotions, or periods of high demand, processing may take longer. Any expected delays will be communicated as soon as possible.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination selected.
Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and shipped. Carrier delays, severe weather, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
Shipping Area
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Address Changes
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to make a correction, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipped.
Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs when an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, is marked delivered but cannot be located, or has not arrived within a reasonable period after its estimated delivery date, please contact Thrive Designs with your order number and photographs when applicable.
We will work with you and the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Preorders
Products identified as preorders will include an estimated shipping timeframe on the product page. Preorder dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing or supply delays. Customers will be notified of significant changes.
